About Me

If there’s one thing I do best, it’s cutting through layers of information to find the ideas that matter most. I'm passionate about helping partners untangle complexity, spotlight key concepts, and co-create powerful solutions that improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.

With 20+ years as a leader in the field — I specialize in strategic advising, policy analysis, and storytelling to advance meaningful change. I work alongside partners to set bold goals, craft actionable plans, and strengthen supports that remove barriers, transform systems, and create lasting impact.

I began my journey as a Reggio-inspired preschool teacher and have since dedicated my career to shaping early childhood programs, policies, and investments. My work has spanned organizations such as the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education, Ounce of Prevention Fund, and my current role at School Readiness Consulting. Guided by these experiences and a deep commitment to making a difference, I seek to drive progress and contribute to efforts that will build a better world for every child.

Outside of my professional work, I’m always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and create. In my free time, you’ll find me curled up with a good book, flowing through a yoga session, or running after my two little adventurers (ages 3 and 8) at the playground.
